Proud Moment for ADCET Mechanical! 

The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering & Technology, Ashta, proudly shares the participation of our students in TIFAN 2026, organized by SAE India at MPKV Rahuri from 1st to 3rd April 2026.

Team Sasyamitra, comprising 15 Mechanical Engineering and 2 Artificial Intelligence & Data Science students, developed an innovative solution on the theme “Automated Transplanter.” The team actively competed in both Static and Dynamic Ground Events, showcasing strong technical expertise, design skills, and teamwork.

This experience provided valuable exposure to real-world agricultural challenges, reinforcing practical learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovation in engineering. The achievement reflects our commitment to nurturing competent and industry-ready engineers.

The Mechanical Engineering students of ADCET, Ashta, Team Agro Innovator, have successfully secured a position in the Final Top 22 of Hackathon Season 3, held at ADCET, Ashta from 12^th to 14^th March 2026.

Despite being in their second year, the team demonstrated remarkable innovation, dedication, and presentation skills throughout the competition. Their performance reflects strong technical competence and a proactive problem-solving approach.

This achievement is a proud moment for the department and serves as an inspiration for fellow students to actively participate in such competitive platforms and showcase their potential.

Mechanical Engineering students Team Sasyamitra has successfully qualified the Design Round of TIFAN 2026 for the problem statement “Automatic Replanter.”
The team will now appear for the Proof of Concept (PoC) Round, which is scheduled next month.
