Annasaheb Dange Research and Innovation Foundation (ADRIF) is a Section 8 not-for-profit company established to promote research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology development through strong collaboration among academia, industry, government, and society. The foundation supports multidisciplinary research, consultancy, intellectual property creation, technology transfer, and commercialization of innovative solutions to address societal and industrial needs.

ADRIF operates a dedicated Innovation and Startup Incubation Centre that nurtures students, faculty, researchers, and entrepreneurs by providing incubation space, prototyping facilities, mentoring, access to laboratories, intellectual property and business support, industry networking, and guidance for securing seed funding and government grants.
