Womens Grievances Addressal Committee
The sexual harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and ,Redressal) Act, 2013 from the date of Gazatte Notification i.e., w.e.f. 23.04.2013 and same has been published in the Gazatte of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-1, dated 23-04-2013 as act No. 14 of 2013.The act provides protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
