Functions of Grievance Redressal Cell:
- Receiving grievances in written or online format.
- Conducting meetings to discuss and resolve issues.
- Ensuring timely action and communication.
- Recommending corrective measures to the management.
- Maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
- Maintaining grievance records and resolutions.
Typical Procedure:
- Submission of Grievance (written/email/online)
- Acknowledgement of receipt
- Preliminary review by the Committee
- Meeting with concerned parties
- Investigation (if necessary)
- Resolution within a stipulated time
- Communication of decision
- Appeal process (if not satisfied)
