Functions of Grievance Redressal Cell:

  • Receiving grievances in written or online format.
  • Conducting meetings to discuss and resolve issues.
  • Ensuring timely action and communication.
  • Recommending corrective measures to the management.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
  • Maintaining grievance records and resolutions.

Typical Procedure:

  • Submission of Grievance (written/email/online)
  • Acknowledgement of receipt
  • Preliminary review by the Committee
  • Meeting with concerned parties
  • Investigation (if necessary)
  • Resolution within a stipulated time
  • Communication of decision
  • Appeal process (if not satisfied)
